Erie FCU presented a check to Mark Tanenbaum, founder of PACA (Performing Artists Collective Alliance), a local organization that promotes artistic endeavors and educational opportunities. The money donated came from our Chalk Walk team who participated in the annual Chalk Walk event at this year's Celebrate Erie. Erie FCU chalk walk team artist, Arica Fromknecht, was on hand to present the check.
The donation will go towards updating the restroom facilities at PACA’s Progressive Theatre and Community Performance Space to assist in the upgrading to handicap accessible.
PACA (Performing Artists Collective Alliance) began in 2010 as an independent, progressively-minded theater and performing arts center. Housed in a downtown historic landmark building built in 1899, PACA seeks to help revitalize the downtown area and promote a sustainable artistic and cultural community.
