As part of our employee VTO (Volunteer Time Off) program, Erie FCU Glenwood Branch Manager, Mike Orr, visited Cambridge Springs Jr/Sr High School for ACES PA Business Week. Mike served as Business Advisor to one of the four teams competing as the students created a company, voted on company job positions and created a product. The students then got a taste of the real business world with being tasked to present to stock holders, conduct a trade show, create a marketing plan along with developing speeches, presentations and marketing materials (and more) surrounding their company. Thank you so much for having us! Everyone was a winner and we had such a great time!
